    Constructed ca. 1787-91; altered ca. 1895; alterations removed 1973. Sarah Daniell Lawrence received this house and land by purchase from the estate of her father, Robert Daniell, in 1791. He specified that a house be built on this lot for benefit of his wife or daughters when he made his will in 1787. The building was apparently complete before his death.
