At a meeting in March 1948, the late H. Phillip Staats and the late Clelia Mathewes Waring address a meeting of volunteer hostesses for the first annual house tours organized by HCF. those attending were: Front row, L to R: Mrs. Elliott Hutson, Mrs. William F.
