Hotel Calhoun (238-242 King Street) under repair, with ladders and scaffolding(?) shoring up the building at the ground story. Several workers stand or sit on sidewalk outside of the building. Also in view are portions of the Hines Optical Co. (left) and the building to its right. These buildings were demolished in the 1970s for the construction of the Charleston Place complex.
