3. Property File - 5 Nunan Street (George Nunan Tenement)

   Constructed ca. 1854. The two-story Charleston single house with an inset two-story piazza at 5 Nunan seems to have been built for the local farmer George Nunan as a rental property in 1854. since then, the house has largely continued to be used as a rental property with some long period of owner occupancy. File contains historical research report (Eberle, 2018). No photograph on file.
