    Constructed ca. 1878. The laterally arranged, two-story house at 32 Ashton was built on Lot 12 of the Bee Tract, property that had been owned by Mary Singleton Bee. The property was sold to Charles Magrath in 1878. By 1879, Magrath was listed as a resident of the house on Ashton Street then known as 12 Ashton but renumbered in 1885.
