    Constructed ca. 1865-66. A Gothic style crenellated parapet caps an otherwise unremarkable two-bay, Greek Revival brick structure at the corner of Clifford's Alley and King Street. The builder, George W. Flach, a German immigrant, dealt in watches and silver on this site occupied in the 18th century by the Charleston silversmith Thomas You.
