Constructed circa 1803-05; rehabilitated 1985. A prosperous tailor constructed this weatherboarded single house before 1805. Like the Shrewsbury House, it is raised on a high foundation and its principal rooms are on the upper floors. The staircase is lit by an original Venetian (Palladian) window and much of the interior woodwork has survived.
