HCF rehabilitated this property in partnership with the Episcopal Diocese Community Housing Development Board (CHDO). Four files contain documentation of the covenant on the property and related correspondence; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; documentation of HCF's rehabilitation of the property (1998); documentation of HCF's purchase of the property and sale to the Episcopal Diocese; easement appraisal (1998); title research; plats.
