51 Reid Street was built in the early 1900s and currently serves three functions: a corner store, a place of residence, and a laundromat. The corner store is on the first floor of and its entrance is on the corner of the street. Above the corner store is the apartment and that is accessed through the entry on Hanover Street. The laundromat is attached the corner store and is only one story. File contains graduate student report (Kate Gallotta, 2016) on the history of the building/property, which includes historical and chain-of-title research, maps, photos, and other supporting documentation.
