|Title||104 Broad Street (Ann Bocquet House)|
|Object Type||Property File|
|Scope & Content||
Constructed after 1758. Soon after their marriage Ann Bocquet and her husband John Wagner built this 3-story brick structure as their residence and as his place of business on a lot that was a dowry from Ann's father. Wagner was a merchant in the deerskin trade with his brother-in-law Peter Bocquet Jr. Today the original facade of the structure is masked by a later storefront (Berlin's), but the projecting gable supported by stucco console brackets and the hipped roof survive from the 18th century.
