A late Victorian house originally stood to the south of 75 Anson Street (pictured here). It was razed in the late 1960s and the lot was restored. Today the property known as 73 Anson Street consists of the outbuildings of 75 Anson Street, which have been converted to condominiums
Two files contain documentation of the covenant on the property; annual inspection reports; requests for alterations; correspondence and other documentation related to the sale and/or management of the property and/or of the covenant itself; historical/research information; copy of HCF easement information card (TMS number, year of construction, significant resident(s), deed research, deed restrictions, measurements, and tax information).
