Constructed 1804; various 20th century renovations. Robert Lindsay, builder. The dwelling at 32 Church Street, the oldest of 3 adjoining single houses, was built by Robert Lindsey, a joiner and lessee of the property, in 1804. The simple 2-bay, 2½ story dwelling retains its beaded weatherboarding and closed front gable.
