|Object Type||Property File|
|Scope & Content||
Constructed ca. 1800. This is one of the most loved houses in Charleston. The house was probably the kitchen building of 5 Water Street, also built by Righton. The general lines of the house are unchanged. The entrance was originally on Church Street. When the house was bought in 1918 by the Chisolms, they moved the entrance to Water Street and changed the chimney locations.
