Scope & Content Constructed 1907. Typical Charleston single house with enclosed piazzas, located at the corner of Ashley Avenue and Bogard Street. Hurricane Hugo caused extensive damage to the house. HCF purchased the house through its Neighborhood Impact Initiative and stabilized it through the Crafts Training Program.
