Title 63 Broad Street (Robert Downie Building)

Scope & Content Constructed ca. 1834. Robert Downie, a prosperous tinsmith and metalworker, built 63 Broad Street as an investment after he purchased the site in 1934. It has a late-Victorian pressed metal facade in the Renaissance Revival style.
